General

What is Kyndium? — A project tool where the whiteboard note, the task, the timeline bar and the slide are the same record. Board, Checklist, Timeline, Calendar and the rest are views of one plan, so nothing is copied and nothing drifts.
Does it run on my phone? — Yes. It installs from the browser on iPhone, iPad and Android, and pages you have opened read offline. See Installing Kyndium.
Is there a desktop app? — Install it from Chrome or Edge and it runs in its own window with its own icon.
Where did the gradient themes go? — They colored the old design, which is gone. Light and dark, the canvas color, the accent and the card style are under Appearance.

How many projects can I have? — Three on Starter; unlimited on Pro and above, and on the free Student and Non-Profit plans.
Can I get my data out? — Yes, on every plan: Actions → Export as JSON or CSV in any project, Markdown from Docs, CSV from Time, an iCal feed from the Calendar, and images, PDF and PowerPoint from Timeline Studio and Canvas.
Can I import from Trello, Asana or Jira? — Yes, with lanes, sub-tasks, labels, dates and dependencies. See Importing.
I deleted something by mistake. — Click Undo in the message, or open Trash within 30 days.
What happens if I downgrade? — Nothing is removed. You cannot create new projects past the limit until you are under it again.

How do I invite someone? — Share → their email → Can edit or Can view → Invite.
What can a viewer do? — See everything, comment on canvases and timelines, change nothing else.
Can I share with someone who has no account? — Share → Public links → Create link. It is view-only and revocable.
Do changes show up for others without reloading? — Yes, within seconds, in every view and in an open task.
What is an organization? — A shared space for a company or department: members with roles, teams, chat. Account menu → My Organizations.

Is Starter free forever? — Yes.
Is there a student plan? — Yes, free, with Pro-level access. The same for registered nonprofits. Write to hello@kyndium.com.
How do I pay? — Billing is being finished; until it launches, plans are assigned by hand. Write to us.
