Catching up

Plan → Activity lists what changed, grouped by day: tasks added, moved between lanes, completed or reopened, sent to Trash or restored; edits to due dates, priority and labels; files; and comments with what they said. Click a task's name to open it. When one person does the same thing to several tasks in a row, it reads as one line ("added 12 tasks") with Show them. New activity appears at the top while the view is open.

• The two menus narrow it to one person, or to comments, completions, edits or files.
• Each task's own history is under Activity in its window.
• The database records creation, moves, completion and Trash on every path, including imports and automations, so nothing is missed.
