Public links
Share a read-only view of a project or a Studio timeline with anyone, no account needed, and turn it off whenever you like.
What a public link is
A unique address that opens a read-only page in any browser without signing in. Links are random tokens, not project ids, so they cannot be guessed, and nobody can list them. Each link counts how many times it was opened, and you can revoke it at any moment.
Making one
Open the project, click Share, and under Public links choose Create link. The address is copied for you. You can keep several, one per audience, and revoke each separately. For a Studio timeline, Share in the editor makes a view-only link with a Download PNG button.
What the visitor sees
A page listing the project's main tasks with their type, due date and whether they are done. Notes, comments, files and people are not shown. To give someone the full project, or the ability to edit, invite them by email instead. Revoking a link makes its address show Link not found straight away.
